Product Information

All products are handcrafted and may have slight variations in color, texture, and finish. These are not defects but a natural result of handloom processes. We make every effort to display product colors accurately, however slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.

Pricing & Orders

All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices once confirmed at the time of order will not be altered. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. In such cases, the amount paid will be refunded in full. All content, including images, text, and design, belongs to Bodh Shawl Weavers and may not be used without permission.

Returns & Exchange

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must inform us within 12 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for verification. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or an appropriate resolution.

All products are thoroughly inspected for quality, weave, and finish before dispatch, and are securely packaged to avoid any damage in transit. However, in rare cases where damage occurs during shipping, we request customers to report the issue along with clear evidence of damaged packaging at the time of delivery.

Cases involving visible transit damage will be reviewed and appropriately escalated with the shipping partner for resolution.

Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to product availability.

Shipping & Delivery

Our textiles are shipped directly from our artisanal center in the Kullu Valley, ensuring authenticity at every stage.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 working days. Once dispatched, domestic deliveries across India generally arrive within 4–8 working days, depending on the location. For our international patrons, shipping timelines may vary. We request you to connect with us via message or email so we can assist you with accurate delivery timelines, shipping charges, and related details based on your destination. All shipments are fully tracked and securely packaged to ensure your hand-woven piece reaches you safely. While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, logistics issues, or remote locations.
